Children’s Yoga Teacher Training Tutors
Ave Palu (Sarab Atma Kaur)
I first encountered Kundalini Yoga about 10 years ago when a dear friend of mine invited me to a yoga class. I immediately knew that this was for me and I started practicing yoga very often for some years. After a few years sports became a priority in my life and yoga had to take the backstage. I returned to yoga in 2011, I had become a mother for two children and at one point I realized that I needed more time to be with myself. I started my studies to become a children’s yoga teacher in 2012. I bow myself to my teacher Eha Kooser, who encouraged me to participate in the course. I am humbly grateful to Atma Singh and Siri Gopal Kaur for the teachings and all my peers. It was at the children’s yoga teacher training course that I finally knew with all certainty that I was on the right path. In 2014 I started my studies to become a Kundalini Yoga teacher under the guidance of Amrit Nam Sarovar.
In 2014 I started teaching children’s yoga in my hometown Viljandi and children’s yoga and Kundalini Yoga classes in Tartu.
I find that the biggest challenge in life is to be myself and keep moving on with a smile on my face despite the difficulties of life and Kundalini Yoga is like a box of tools, which contains all the necessary means to do just that.
